2021 Rules
NFL Schedule expanded to 18 Weeks
The NFL officially added a 17th game to the regular season schedule, extending the season to 18 weeks (with still one bye week per team). The league's fantasy season has been expanded to 14 regular season games, followed by 3 one week playoff rounds.
Playoffs
Top 5 teams will make the playoffs based on their win/loss record, with #1 and #2 ranked teams getting a first round bye. Total Points scored will be used as the tiebreaker in the event two or more teams have the same overall record.
The 6th and final playoff spot will be awarded based on Total Points scored in the regular season between the remaining 5 teams that didn’t make the playoffs based on win/loss record. So even if your record isn't good enough, you can still make the playoffs if your team scored more points throughout the season than any of the other bottom 5 teams. That's incentive to keep fielding a competitive team each week, despite your win/loss record!
The 4 teams that did not make the playoffs will compete in a 3-week long tournament for Total Points scored. The winner of each head-to-head matchup will not matter. The team with the most combined Total Points scored over those three weeks will be declared the winner of the Consolation Ladder, and awarded the Toilet Bowl.
For the 2 playoff teams that fail to advance into the 2nd round, they will compete against one another for Total Points scored over the remaining 2 playoff weeks. The winner will be awarded 5th place and 2nd choice of Draft position next season.
All 10 teams will be ranked under one standings list by their win/loss record.
Entry Fee, $75
Collected online via PayPal or Zelle, and due before the start of the Draft. A late fee of $25 will be assessed if payment is made after the draft.
Fractional Scoring
Because EVERY YARD matters in football…
EVERY POINT should too! Here’s how it works:
In the case of a Running Back, each rushing yard will net your fantasy team 0.1 points. So if Frank Gore runs for 95 rushing yards, he will earn you 9.5 points. Each receiving yard will net your fantasy team 0.1 points, or 1 point for every 10 yards. Passing yards are worth 0.04 points, or 1 point for every 25 yards. Negative yards will also apply. So if a Running Back loses 5 yards, 0.5 points will be deducted from that player's point accumulation.
Keepers
Rookies
In July, before the start of each season, the league will conduct a 1 round "Rookie Draft" from a list of offensive players from that year's NFL Draft class. The order of this "Rookie Draft" will be determined by inverse order of the previous season's final standings. The rookie you select will be drafted in the 18th and final round come September's player draft. Rookies drafted in the prior year can become eligible as one of your 3 Keepers the following year, as long as they remain on the same drafting team's roster the entire season. Dropped rookies become ineligible as Keepers, on any team. The cost to Keep your rookie draft pick the following year is 4 rounds later than their rookie ADP on draft day, as published by ESPN.
Free Agents
The league has adopted the Free Agent Auction Bidding format for acquiring Free Agent players off the waiver wire. This allows everyone the same chance at all the players every week. Owners will have a $100 virtual budget with which they can make player acquisitions during the season. If an owner would like to add a player, that owner will secretly bid a certain amount from their available virtual budget, in the hopes of out bidding the others. On the waiver process day, the owner with the highest bid will be awarded the player, and the amount they bid will be subtracted from that owner's virtual budget.
The minimum bid an owner can make on a free agent is $0. This means an owner can bid $0 on a player and still win if no one else bids on that player. This will enable an owner to still pick up a player late in the season if they blow through their budget.
Waiver processing days will be Thursdays, Fridays, Saturday & Sundays @ 11:00AM CT. All bids must be submitted prior to this day and time.
Trades
When a trade is agreed upon and reported to the league, other teams have 48 hours to make a public counter offer to either side. After this window closes, if no other offers have been made, the trade goes through. If counter offers have been made, either owner may pull out of the original deal in order to accept one of the counteroffers, which will immediately be binding. Teams may not make two trades in the same season involving the same player. No trades are possible after the trade deadline passes.
Competitive Teams
Owners who fail to set a competitive lineup each week, by neglecting to substitute injured, ruled out, or bye-week players, are subject to dismissal from the league at the commissioners sole discretion. In the event a team is abandoned during the season by their owner, the commissioner will lock the team from any further roster changes, and set the starters every week based on ESPN weekly rankings. The owner will forfeit all monies paid or season ending winnings to the league.
Weekly Prizes, $10 awarded each week
During Weeks 1 thru 14, prize money will be awarded from the league's pot to a single owner whose team accomplishes the following:

Keepers
- An owner has the option to Keep up to 3 eligible players from their roster. An owner may also choose to Keep fewer or no players at all.
- Players active in at least four prior season NFL games and drafted outside the first 6 rounds are considered eligible as Year 1 Keepers.
- Keepers rolled over from the prior year cost a draft pick one round earlier than they cost the previous year. So if I drafted a player in the 8th round last year, I must surrender my 7th round pick this season to Keep him. The following season I would have to give up a 6th round pick to Keep him, and so on.
- Players acquired through Free Agency prior to the Trade Deadline, and active in at least four of the prior season's NFL games, are eligible as Year 1 Keepers. These players will cost a 9th round pick to Keep this season. (and a round earlier each subsequent year)
- Traded players are eligible as Keepers, but will cost TWICE the number of rounds to Keep. So if I received a player in a trade that was originally drafted in the 8th round, I must surrender my 6th round pick this season to Keep him. The following season I would have to give up a 4th round pick to Keep him, and so on.
- Rookie players acquired through the Rookie Draft are eligible as Keepers. These players can be kept the following season at a cost of 5 rounds above their Rookie season ADP at time of our draft.
- A player can be kept a maximum of three consecutive seasons after the season they were acquired.
- If the draft pick you give up to Keep a player is already taken by another Keeper on your team, you must give up the next higher pick.
- An Injured Reserve BENCH slot will be available for owners to stash a Keeper from their roster, in the event that player ends up on the NFL's season-ending IR list
- Keepers must be declared ONE WEEK prior to the draft, by notifying the LM. Failure to notify the LM of your Keepers by the deadline constitutes forfeiture of all Keepers.
